St Joseph's Primary School is a Catholic parish primary school situated in southern Mallee, (north-west Victoria). The school was founded in 1954 and conducted by the Sisters of St Joseph from 1955 until 1988.

Today, the school has an enrolment of over 30 children and is in the care of dedicated lay teachers and a supportive parish community. The nature of our school community is diverse, drawing both from the rural and town sectors of the Hopetoun district.

Education at St Joseph's is a partnership which involves parents, families, staff and the local parish and town communities. The school provides a curriculum which is stimulating and challenging and which encourages each child to develop to their full potential. The curriculum highlights the relevance of our faith to life and contemporary culture.

St Joseph's provides students with a supportive and caring learning environment. Individual learning plans are developed and implemented where necessary to ensure students experience success in their learning. The school boasts modern facilities and a strong emphasis is placed on the integration of technology throughout all learning areas.
